These Terms are made available free of charge in a way that allows the User to obtain, reproduce, and store them.
Service Provider – ILC Sp. z o.o.
User – any natural or legal person, or organizational unit, using the website.
Services – in particular: booking legal consultations and obtaining information about the Service Provider's activity.
Services are provided electronically via the website.
Minimum technical requirements: a device with Internet access, a web browser supporting HTML5 and JavaScript, and an active e-mail account.
It is forbidden to provide unlawful content through the website.
Consultations can be booked via the online booking system.
All payments for consultations are final and non-refundable.
Failure to attend a booked consultation does not entitle the User to any refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website due to reasons beyond its control (e.g. force majeure, failures, third-party actions).
The Service Provider is liable towards consumers to the extent required by applicable law.
The Service Provider is the administrator of Users' personal data.
Data is processed for the purpose of providing services in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, and the Consumer Rights Act.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms, provided that such changes do not infringe upon Users' acquired rights.
